How it works

Tell us about the job — where it is, what is coming out or going in, roughly how much, and when. If you already have a quote, bring it. We go to work across our network looking for a better way to get it done: a closer site, cheaper fill, a shorter run, or a better-placed contractor.

Then we come back to you with an arrangement that matches what you have, or beats it. You approve it before anything is set in motion.

Why we can make the promise

It all comes back to the network. ReadyFill connects a large and growing number of tip sites with businesses that have material to move. That gives us options most contractors simply don’t have when they are pricing a job on their own:

• A receiving site minutes away instead of a long drive to the tip.
• Landowners who will take clean fill for little or nothing.
• Fill supply from a nearby job that needs to get rid of it, when your site needs building up.
• Verified contractors who can do the work when you are short of trucks or machines.

Most of the cost in moving dirt is distance and tip fees. Cut either one and the price comes down. Our network is built to cut both.

Cheaper doesn’t mean cutting corners

A lower price is only worth having if the job gets done properly. The contractors we work with are verified, professional operators who move dirt for a living. Everyone knows their role before work starts: we find the sites and coordinate, and the contractors do the physical work and stay responsible for it.

We also won’t pretend the whole thing runs itself. A real person rings every site to confirm before trucks roll, and you approve every booking before the site is even told about it.
