You decide what we handle

Every business is set up differently. Some own a fleet of trucks and machines and have operators on the payroll. Others hire in everything job by job. Most sit somewhere in between. Our procurement service is built to fit whichever one you are.

• Just the sites. We find a suitable receiving site or fill supply. You move it with your own gear.
• Sites and coordination. We find the sites, line up the dates and coordinate the movements, using your trucks and operators.
• Sites, coordination and extra transport. When your own resources are stretched or you don’t have any, we source verified contractors, trucks and machines from our network.
• Ongoing partnership. For businesses running several projects, we can look after material requests and scheduling across all of them.

Why using your own gear saves money

Your trucks are a cost whether they are working or not. Keeping them busy on shorter runs to closer sites is about the best return you can get on them. We don’t make you hand that work to someone else just because you want help finding a site.

Extra capacity without the overhead

When you do need more, you get it without buying another truck or putting another operator on full time. We draw on the verified contractors in our network, so you get professional people for the job in front of you and nothing permanent on your books.

Where transport is arranged through ReadyFill, those charges and responsibilities are agreed separately and upfront. That way you can see exactly what the job costs and exactly what you are saving.

Our price promise: we will either match the price you have, or make your job cheaper. Whichever way you use us — your gear, ours or a mix — the promise is the same.

What stays the same

You stay in control. Every site we find is offered to you to accept or decline first, and the site owner isn’t told anything until you have said yes. A person then rings the site to confirm before trucks are sent. Found and confirmed are two different things, and we keep them separate.
